  Kein kundenfreundliches Verhalten

  Wir waren 2 Paare und hatten 2 Stellplätze reserviert, bei der Anmeldung sagte man uns, wir könnten uns auf einen Stellplatz stellen, dann könne man den zweiten Stellplatz weiter vermieten. Das haben wir getan. Bei der Bezahlung aber mussten wir zwei Stellplätze bezahlen, obwohl wir uns auf einen Stellplatz stellten. Das war nicht fair und hätte man uns bei der Anmeldung sagen müssen. Der junge Mann, der uns die Rechnung ausstellte, war arrogant und überheblich. Der Campingplatz ist schön gelegen, die Sanitäranlagen sind total veraltert und müssten dringend erneuert werden. WIFI funktioniert auch nicht. Kiosk und Checkout sind zusammengelegt, d.h. lange bis sehr, sehr lange Wartezeiten.

  Offenes Feuer am Campingplatz erlaubt, allerdings mit Feuerschale (kann man mieten auf dem Platz)

  Keine Lage zum Wohlfühlen

  Wir wollten eigentlich einige Nächte bleiben, aber da man vom Stellplatz aus auf ein großes altes Fabrikgelände sieht, hatten wir unseren Aufenthalt nach 2 Nächten abgebrochen. Der Campingplatz ist von vielen Dauercampern umgeben, die den Platz auch irgendwie unterhalten und sich für den Platz verantwortlich fühlen. Als Gast fühlt man sich hier nicht wirklich wohl und irgendwie auch als Eindringling. Schade für die Lage am Rhein, hier könnte man mehr daraus machen.

  Pros:

  Strandbad und Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe

  Cons:

  Umgebung sowie Restaurant sieht etwas verwahrlost aus, die sanitären Anlagen müssten erneuert werden

  Campsite’s reply: Hallo Frau Bischhoff, wir waren uns der Pächtersituation bewusst und haben gehandelt, in 2019 sind wir mit neuem Team angetreten. Wie Sie den neuesten Bewertungen entnehmen können, hat sich eineiges zum guten gewendet bei Google haben wir die 4.0 geknackt und auch hier eine 5 Sterne Bewertung für 2019 erhalten.
