General Terms and Conditions for “premium entry” service at Camping.Info

Satisfaction guarantee

Should the customer not be convinced of the benefits, they can withdraw from the purchase within 2 weeks (by e-mail or fax). The premium entry will then be deactivated immediately and no cost whatsoever will be incurred.

Cancellation possible at any time after the first year.

The premium entry will be extended automatically after the first year. But after the first year, the customer can terminate the premium entry at any time and without notice with immediate effect (via e-mail or fax).

Billing

The customer will receive an invoice by e-mail two weeks after activation (postal delivery possible on request), payable within 15 days.

Service scope

The premium entry confers all the benefits described in detail under premium entry.
