  Had the pleasure of staying at Eco Camping Batak in the summer of 2011 - owned by a very friendly young couple and most importantly they speak excellent ENGLISH!!!, which is rare in Bulgaria. If you need something they'll get it for you in less time than you can say thank you. Also great kayaking and cycling options on the lake. Definitely worth a visit.
